Weekly materials
Week 1Introduction
What AI is, intelligent agents, a short history of AI, and four puzzles that preview the module.
Week 2Search
Search problems, depth-first and breadth-first search, and minimax for games.
Week 3Heuristics and Logic
Smarter search with heuristics (greedy best-first and A*), then propositional logic: writing knowledge as sentences and checking what follows by model checking.
Week 4Knowledge and Planning
Inference rules and a first look at first-order logic, then planning with facts and actions.
